SEDONA METHOD SUPPORT NIGHT

Thursday, October 15, 7:00-8:15 PM EDT

The Sedona Method® is a unique, simple, powerful, easy-to-learn technique that shows you how to uncover your natural ability to let go of any painful or unwanted feeling in the moment. The Sedona Method consists of a series of questions you ask yourself that lead your awareness to what you are feeling in the moment and gently guide you into the experience of letting go.

I generally host one of these evenings on the third Thursday of the month.  See the upcoming events page for the next event.

PRIMARY PRACTICES IMMERSION SERIES

Wednesdays, 7:00 to 8:30 PM Eastern, August 19th to September 9th

This deep dive into Realization Process primary exercises is a gentle, whole being journey. Often offered as a 5-hour one-day immersion workshop, January 2020 provided the first opportunity for  a more spacious pacing with four 90-minute meetings. Co-hosted with RP Senior Teacher Candace Cave.

A MONTH OF WEEKDAY PRACTICE

August, 2020

10:30 AM Eastern, Monday through Friday, August 3-31
We started with the basic Realization Process practices, and through the month, worked on various "stretches", to facilitate the more advanced practices we engaged in towards the middle, and later in the month.  We practiced together as a group Monday through Friday, for 60 minutes.   Classes were audio-recorded and shared with registered participants.

BELONGING HERE: REALIZATION PROCESS PRACTICES FOR SPIRITUALLY SENSITIVE PEOPLE

Wednesdays, June 24-July 22, 2020, 1-2:30 PM Eastern

This 5-week class is based on the lessons in Judith Blackstone’s book Belonging Here: A Guide

for Spiritually Sensitive People.


We met Wednesdays at 1 PM Eastern, for 80 to 90 minutes, and discussed concepts from the book, and practiced exercises and meditations for living mindfully and compassionately with the most common challenges of the spiritually sensitive person.

GUIDED REALIZATION PROCESS MEDITATION

Tuesdays, 7:00-8:15 PM EDT, June 23rd to July 21st, 2020

During this 5-week series, we practiced gentle, embodied, non-dual meditation sitting (in chairs), standing, and moving practices, that help: 
· Awaken to and embody your essential self. 
· Experience both your unique wholeness – and your oneness with life. 
· Relate to yourself and others with increased openness, authenticity, and depth. 
· Feel grounded, vibrant and transparently present
