REALIZATION PROCESS: A MONTH OF WEEKDAY PRACTICE IN FEBRUARY

We will start with the basic Realization Process practices, and through the month, work on various "stretches", to facilitate the more advanced practices we will engage in towards the middle, and later in the month.  We will practice together as a group Monday through Friday, 60 minutes.  Participants are encouraged to practice outside this class on Saturday and Sunday, especially if the experience of a daily practice is of interest.
